General conditions of deliveries, payments, objections and returns

Prices:

They depend mainly on the product's Cashew content. You find them in detail on each product's description page.

You receive a discount of 0,25€ per empty clean jar/bottle with its stainless lid you bring (please only such with any of the volumes mentioned above and bottles only those with wide bottle neck (f.ex. polpa de tomate bottles)). At the moment I need most urgently the just mentioned 0.5L bottles, from the other package types I do have enough in stock right now.

P.S. @ my dear neighbours: you get a discount as I have the smallest organisational effort regarding the delivery to you.

Order & delivery 

To guarantee maximum freshness, I produce all the offered delicacies only after having received your order and I only deliver them myself at a maximum radius of ~30km around the middle of the area between Odemira, Reliquias and Sao Luis (SW Alentejo, Portugal). But as I'm a single mom, I'd prefer us to meet in my village for handing over your order.
If we're meeting at places outside my village:  pickup price + per delivery 0,30ct/oneway-km (to cover material and time effort for transport - I don't include any of them in my product prices)

From time to time I set up a table at some of the markets within our region, too, mainly in order to get feedback to new products. So it's always an opportunity for you to taste them there. I'm going to announce the details to such events separately at the frontpage of my website and within my Telegram group.   

Payment

Preferably in cash when we meet for delivery.

But If you order more than 5L in total at once and we don't know each other yet personally, I'd ask for a pre-payment of min. 50% to my bank account, just to give you a strong additional motivation to make our delivery-meeting happen.

Because if it's a bigger amount than my family and I and eventually our neighbours could consume before the products get bad and our meeting doesn't happen for any reason, it would make me very sad if I had to compost any of it because of just that. For me it's basically just about reliability and valueing our food and the efforts linked to its production.

If the meeting didn't happen due to force majeure, then you're of course going to get your pre-payment back asap or if meaningful we make a new appointment for delivery (with eventually fresh made products if the second attempt is later than the shelflife of the batch I produced for you first).

Objection and return:

Cancellation of the order is possible only until 48h before the agreed delivery time at the latest.
I don't accept any returning of the ordered goods nor refunds after their delivery has already happened.
